Viewing trips
Many of our clients have never visited Bulgaria before, yet most, understandably, want to see the property before purchasing. The purpose of the trip is to help you to get the information that you need to allow you to feel comfortable with your decision to purchase.
As soon as you find the suitable property for you in our daily updated database, please contact us and we will organise your entire visit. All you need to do is book your flights and inform us about the dates and we will arrange every detail of your stay.
We will meet you at the airport – There are comfortable connections to Sofia, Varna and Burgas. A large number of charter and low cost flights are available in the tourist peak time (end of May – end of September) – the prices are significantly lower then.
We will book suitable accommodation for you – Accommodation is selected according to the standard described and preferred by the Client. (The accommodation cost will be covered by our Company if the investment exceeds 100 000 EUR!)
We will provide you with transport to all selected properties – During your stay we will show you properties, areas that best suit your requirements.
We will co-ordinate your property viewings:
We will advice you on any property for sale.
We will check professionally all the background to each property we have got on offer (on ownership documents, licences and permissions, securing proper title deed, terms of contract, debts entitle).
We will negotiate on your behalf about all the conditions of sale and all legal aspects.
This is a very relaxed, no pressure trip and will provide you with an excellent opportunity to see Bulgaria for yourself and experience this wonderful country and its people.
How much time is sufficient?
If you wish to travel to the Black Sea area, we would suggest you should extend your trip to at least 3 days to give yourself sufficient time to view the available properties.
Trips to Sofia and Ski resorts are achievable within 2 night stay.
How much it costs?
Typical viewing trip packages are listed below, however, customized packages can be offered to suit your individual requirements.

Pick up from airport / Delivery to airport at the end of your viewing trip

VIEWING TRIP TO COAST (flying into Sofia) – ˆ 390* per person
If you wish to go with your friend, partner, member of family, the price of the viewing trip per person could be decreased. You can also extend your stay abroad, just let us know earlier.

You can also go to Bulgaria on your own, and we will be delighted to help you to arrange accommodation and transfers and meet you in Bulgaria to show you our properties.
